Oh ten

I can't believe another year has started.  It seems like just a week ago it was August and I was spending the days in Texas lounging around in my dad's pool.  Now it's January and I hate to say it, but before I know it, it will be March and spring will be here.

Time sure passes quickly.  And I might not be so happy about it if I weren't at such a great place in life.  I won't gush about why my life is great; nor will I deny that there are still some things for me to work on.  But each day is a gift.

In 11 days, I will give up my G6 as it's lease is up.  I've wanted to get rid of that car since I got in a car accident with it FOUR months after getting it in February 2007.  It's never run the same since then.  I can honestly say I'm not sad to see that car go - especially since I've decided to buy something used without financing.  I can only imagine how much better life will be with an additional $400 in my pocket each month between my car payment and insurance :)

I really have nothing important to report.  So, yeah...
